Daily Living (child and elder care)

How do I find child care/elder care resources?
Depending on the plan your employer has chosen, you have two options to locate child or elder care resources:

Online Search
Through our EAP website you can locate child and elder care providers near you by completing the online search questionnaire.

Assisted Search
With our Enhanced EAP, a referral specialist conducts a personalized search to find facilities that fit your needs. Our referral specialists also contact each facility to verify costs, availability, hours of operation, licensing, and capabilities. Then, within 48 hours of the receipt of the search request, the referral specialist emails, faxes, or mails you a personalized packet of information.
